I have always dreamed of owning a pair of Jimmy Choo’s.

I first heard about them, like most people did, via Sex and the city - the ab-fab TV show. My dream finally came true on a short break to Las Vegas in December 06. I was with my boyfriend and we were heading for the casino in Caesars Palace - via the forum shops of course - when i saw the Jimmy Choo shop ahead.

Giving my boyfriend a very strong hint that I would love a pair, he promptly continued on to the casino and left me there - great eh? I found a really nice pair of silver Jag Jimmy Choo sandals and was at the counter, just about to pay, when low and behold, he tapped me on the shoulder and gave me a $500 casino chip that he has specifically gone to win for me by playing Blackjack - it took him less than 15 minutes.

So thats the story of the beginning of the love affair between me, Tamara Mellon and Jimmy Choo!
