Thieves got a little more than they bargained or when trying to raid a Jimmy Choo store.

After a series of designer robberies in the West End, Jimmy Choo’s store on Bond Street upped its security measures and it certainly paid off last night.

Motorbike thieves attempted a smash and grab on the flagship store but went home shoeless (or Chooless!) when the stores electric security shutters were activated.

Police are hunting down the thief’s who are thought to be behind a robbery earlier this week on Italian fashion retailer Salvatore Ferragamo where they got away with more than 10 handbags!!!
